Authenticity
Every bottle is inspected on arrival in the eWibe vaults and given an alphanumeric code that links it to its owner's Cellar.
Secure payments
You pay by card through Stripe; sellers receive the proceeds by bank transfer within 14 days.
Storage
Bottles stay in the vaults at controlled temperature and humidity. When you are ready to open them, have them delivered.
Questions about the Market
What is the difference between the Market and the Selection?
On the Market you buy and sell between collectors, at the best asking price or by making an offer. In the Selection you buy from eWibe at a fixed price, through the basket.
How do I buy?
From the wine's page, choose "Buy now" at the best asking price, or make an offer with your price and how long it stays open: if the owner accepts, the purchase goes through automatically.
How do I sell?
From your eWibe Cellar, choose the bottle and set your price, or accept the highest offer straight away. The proceeds are paid into your bank account by transfer within 14 days of the sale.
What does it cost?
Buyers pay a 3% fee on the price and sellers pay 5%. Fees and the total are always shown in the summary before you confirm. For your first 30 days as a member, buyer's fees are waived, up to €100.
Where are the bottles?
In the eWibe vaults, in your name, at controlled temperature and humidity. You can have them delivered whenever you wish.
Who can buy and sell?
Anyone aged 18 or over with an eWibe account.
