For each wine you find from when to when it is best to open it, with suggested pairings.
Your notes
When you open a bottle you can give a star rating and write a line or two. They stay on the wine's page.
Bought more of the same?
With "Add another one just like it" the form opens already filled in: you only change the bottles, the price or the location.
Export and share
Download the list in Excel or send it to a friend as text, even from your phone.
How it works
- 1 Find the wine Type the name of the wine or the producer and pick the right one from the list.
- 2 Add the bottles Enter the vintage, format, quantity, price paid and where you keep it.
- 3 Find it when you need it When you open a bottle, tap "Opened": the quantity goes down and, if you like, you leave your note.
Home cellar and eWibe Cellar
Your bottles stay at your place
The home cellar is your private record: the bottles stay at your place and do not enter our vaults.
The eWibe Cellar holds the bottles you buy on eWibe and that we keep for you, insured and tracked. Only those can be offered for sale on the Market.
- Home bottles cannot be sold on the Market
- Both cellars live in the same account
- Your data stays yours: download the list in Excel whenever you like
Frequently asked questions
How do I add wines?
Search for the wine by name and add the vintage, format and quantity. If you already have another bottle of the same wine, use "Add another one just like it" and the form is already filled in.
Is the estimated value a price I can sell at?
No. It is an indicative estimate, useful to know what you have. Home bottles cannot be sold on eWibe: only the bottles of the eWibe Cellar are sold on the Market.
Can I bring my own bottles to the eWibe vaults?
No. Only bottles bought on eWibe from producers, official distributors and certified merchants enter the vaults. The bottles you already own stay at your place.
Can I use it on my phone and on my computer?
Yes, in the eWibe app for iPhone and Android and on the website.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From the home cellar menu you download the whole list in Excel, with prices, drinking window and notes.
What happens when I open a bottle?
Tap "Opened": the quantity goes down by one and you can leave a rating and a tasting note, which stay on the wine's page.
