Your bottles, in our vaults
They come only from certified partners and stay at controlled temperature and humidity, insured against theft and damage, until you ask for them.
Where they come from
Only from producers, official distributors and certified merchants, never from private collections or auction purchases. The same applies to every bottle on the Market: it came in this way and has never left the vaults.

On arrival in the vault every bottle goes through our checks and is given its own alphanumeric code.
How we store them
A vault equipped for wine
A dedicated climate-control system keeps the vault at 16 °C and 70% humidity, constant all year round, and sensors monitor airflow across its different areas. Anti-vibration racking and indirect lighting protect the wine, the corks and the labels.

Insurance, storage and delivery
Insured
While they are in our vaults, bottles are insured against theft and damage.
Storage
2% a year of the purchase value of the bottles in your Cellar, invoiced and charged monthly by card, with a minimum of €1 a month.
When you want them
Request them from your Cellar, on the website or in the app. Within Italy: €20 for the first bottle and €5 for each additional one. Transit insurance is optional, costs 3% of the purchase value and is chosen in your release request. No penalties and no release fee. Outside Italy, elsewhere in Europe and worldwide, we prepare a tailored quote based on the number of bottles and the delivery address: write to info@ewibe.com.
Shipped early in the week
So the wine never sits in a courier's depot over the weekend. We use packaging designed for wine.
