The wine
His Anjou Blanc is pure Chenin from grey schist and volcanic rock, made with native yeasts.

Born in Bordeaux, Thibaud Boudignon worked at Château Soucherie before founding his own domaine between Anjou and Savennières, devoted to Chenin Blanc.
