The wine
Meursault 2022 da Les Corbins, climat a nord del paese vicino a Les Criots, su calcare bathoniano con argille profonde. Fermentazione con lieviti indigeni, imbottigliato senza chiarifica né filtrazione.
Tasting notes
Colore giallo intenso, profumi di frutta bianca e pera; palato di buona texture ed eleganza.

Vincent Dancer ha fondato la sua azienda a Chassagne-Montrachet nel 1996, oggi con il figlio Théo; è certificata biologica dal 2012. Lo stile è minimalista, con poco legno nuovo e solfiti ridotti.
