Il Gevrey-Chambertin village 2021 nasce dall'assemblaggio di più parcelle, oggi tutte di proprietà, e conserva l'etichetta da négociant. L'annata 2021 è stata interpretata puntando sull'equilibrio acido più che sulla densità, in stile classico borgognone.
Tasting notes
Vino ampio e profumato, con corpo pieno e finale lungo; i critici citano ciliegie scure e selvatiche, note minerali di ardesia, funghi e verbena, con un leggero apporto di raspo.
The producer
Mark Haisma
Mark Haisma, olandese di origine, ha operato a lungo come négociant dalla base di Gilly-lès-Cîteaux, acquistando uve dal 2009. Dal 2019 gestisce un proprio domaine e coltiva direttamente le vigne.
