The wine
Il Clos des Forêts Saint-Georges è un monopole di 7,2 ettari piantato esclusivamente a Pinot Noir su suoli calcarei e di limi ocra. Le uve sono raccolte a mano, selezionate due volte e fermentate spontaneamente; segue un affinamento in legno di circa 16 mesi. Il 2022 è accessibile da subito ma ha struttura per evolvere a lungo.

Domaine de l'Arlot ha sede a Prémeaux-Prissey, a sud di Nuits-Saint-Georges, ed è di proprietà di AXA Millésimes dal 1987. La direzione è affidata a Christian Seely, con la direzione tecnica dell'enologa Géraldine Godot. In vigna si pratica agricoltura biologica con metodi biodinamici dal 2003.
